I was with a Narcissist when I learned this.
I used to freeze up and get triggered daily in this toxic relationship. I had no idea how to stop getting triggered or how to stop feeling anxious and on edge 24/7.
I had a traumatic childhood and dealt with Complex Ptsd symptoms everyday. I had NO idea how to "feel good." I thought that just making it through the day and not getting triggered was normal. I used food to feel good and avoid my painful feelings.
When I learned this, this was life changing! I still use the techniques in this guide to deal with triggers, feel calm, safe connected to myself everyday!
This course will help you not only start to feel better, it will help build that connection and find yourself again! This is absoultely foundational to healing from a tough childhood, trauma, or bad relationships.
MY TRAINING: I have my Masters in Counseling, Certified Practitioner, and Trauma Informed Coach. I have 20+ of first hand experience healing from past trauma, codependency, perfectionism, and cptsd to find who I really was and live as my True Self everyday and create a beautiful life!
